  "text": "(1) The Ombudsman must not investigate any matter specified in schedule 4.\n(2) Her Majesty may by Order in Council amend schedule 4 so as to—\n(a) modify any entry in it,\n(b) remove any entry from it,\n(c) add any entry to it.\n(3) Nothing in section 7 or schedule 4 prevents the Ombudsman conducting an investigation in respect of action taken by a listed authority in operating a procedure established to examine complaints or review decisions.",
