  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Pubs Code Regulations 2024.\n(2) The following Parts of these Regulations come into force on 30 March 2025—\n(a) Part 1 (general),\n(b) Part 2 (information and advice to prospective tied-pub tenants),\n(c) Part 5 (guest beer agreements),\n(d) Part 6 (miscellaneous).\n(3) The following Parts of these Regulations come into force on 30 June 2025—\n(a) Part 3 (rent assessment and rent review),\n(b) Part 4 (market rent only leases).",
