# The Scottish Qualifications Authority Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002, Article 3: Commencement of provisions


(1) Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Act shall come into force on 7th August 2002.
(2) Section 1 of the Act, with the exception of section 1(7)(b), shall come into force on 19th August 2002.
