# The Scottish Qualifications Authority (Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Order 1996, Article 2: Transitional period in relation to Scottish Qualifications Authority


In terms of and for the purposes of section 20(2) of the Act the transitional period shall begin on 18th September 1996.
