# Scrabster (Forward Supply Base) Harbour Revision Order 1998, Article 17: Increase of borrowing powers


As from the commencement of this Order, section 41 of the Scrabster Harbour Order 1897 shall be read and have effect as if for the words “five million pounds” wherever the same shall appear there were substituted the words “one hundred million pounds”.
