This Order may be cited as the Scrabster Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 2nd March 2005.

The Scrabster Acts and Orders 1841 to 2000 and this Order may be cited together as the Scrabster Harbour Acts and Orders 1841 to 2005.
