# Scrabster (Inner Harbour Development) Harbour Revision Order 2000, Article 10: Survey of tidal works


The Scottish Ministers may at any time, if they deem it expedient, order a survey and examination of a tidal work or of a site upon which it is proposed to construct the work and any expenditure incurred by them in such a survey and examination shall be recoverable from the Trust as a debt.
