# Scrabster (Inner Harbour Development) Harbour Revision Order 2000, Article 15: Period for completion of works


If the works are not completed within 10 years from the coming into force of this Order, the powers granted by this Order to the Trust for constructing the works shall cease except as to so much thereof as is then substantially commenced.
