# The Sea Fish (Conservation) (Manx Boats) Order 1973, Article 3


Section 5 of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 (which confers power to restrict fishing for sea fish) shall apply in relation to British fishing boats registered in the Isle of Man as it applies in relation to British fishing boats registered in the United Kingdom.
