  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Sea Fish Industry Act 1970.\n(2) This Act shall, subject to subsection (3) below, come into force on the expiration of a period of two months beginning with the date on which it is passed.\n(3) The repeals by this Act of paragraph (b) and in paragraph (c) of the definition of “the Ministers” in section 33(2) of the Sea Fish Industry Act 1962 shall come into force upon the day appointed for the repeal of section 18 of that Act under section 23(2) of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968.",
