# The Sea Fish Industry Authority (Levy Powers) Order 1990, Article 2: Increase in maximum levy rates under section 4 of the Fisheries Act 1981


The rate per kilogram specified in subsections (3)(a) and (4) of section 4 of the Fisheries Act 1981 (levies) is hereby increased from “0.8p” to “2p”.
