  "text": "SEA FISHERIES\nMade 1st August 1990\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with the sea fish industry in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 4(7) and 14(1) of the Fisheries Act 1981 and of all their other enabling powers, hereby make the following Order, of which a draft has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, each House of Parliament:",
