# The Sea Fish Licensing (Variation) (No. 2) Order 1993, Article 4: Variation of the Sea Fish Licensing Order 1992


In article 3(2) (exceptions to prohibition of fishing without a licence) there shall be inserted, at the end, the following sub-paragraphs—
“(f) for common eels (Anguilla anguilla) by any boat whose length is not more than 10 metres;
(g) by any boat whose length is not more than 10 metres and which does not have an engine to power the boat.”
