  "text": "Sea Fisheries\nMade 9th June 2021\nLaid before Parliament 10th June 2021\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36(1)(c) and 51(1) of the Fisheries Act 2020, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 41(1) of the Fisheries Act 2020, the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Welsh Ministers, the Northern Ireland department and such other persons likely to be affected by the Regulations as the Secretary of State considered appropriate.\nThese Regulations are made with the consent of the Welsh Ministers.",
