  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2021.\n(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 30th July 2021.\n(3) Regulations 2(3), 3 and 4 come into force on 5th September 2021.\n(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
