# Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Amendment (Scotland) Act 2000, Section 2: Short title and commencement


This Act—
(a) may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Amendment (Scotland) Act 2000;
(b) comes into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it receives Royal Assent.
