  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations bring into force the remaining provisions of the Seafarers’ Wages Act 2023 (“the Act”), as anticipated by section 20(3) of the Act, insofar as they were not already in force pursuant to section 20(2) of the Act.\nThe provisions that are mentioned in section 20(2) of the Act came into force on 23rd March 2023, the day on which the Act came into force.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
