# The Seafarers' Wages (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Seafarers’ Wages (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2025.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
