Regulation 2 Amendments to the Seafarers’ Wages Regulations 2024

The Seafarers’ Wages Regulations 2024^f1 are amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) of regulation 14 (the national minimum wage equivalent)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a), for “£12.21” substitute “£12.71”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “£10.00” substitute “£10.85”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (c), for “£7.55” substitute “£8.00”;

(d)

in sub-paragraph (d), for “£7.55” substitute “£8.00”.
