# The Seafarers’ Wages Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Seafarers’ Wages Regulations 2024 and come into force on 1st December 2024.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
