  "text": "A seafarer’s basic rate in a payment reference period is determined by the calculation—\nbasic remuneration / total hours of work\nwhere—\n“basic remuneration” is the basic remuneration in the pay reference period determined in accordance with Part 5;\n“total hours of work” are the total hours of work in the pay reference period determined in accordance with Chapters 4 to 7 of Part 6.",
