  "text": "In regulation 19, any UK additional remuneration in the pay reference period is determined by the calculation—\nUK additional payments - UK additional reductions\nwhere—\n“UK additional payments” are any payments from the employer to the seafarer as respects the pay reference period which form part of a seafarer’s UK additional remuneration, determined in accordance with Chapter 2;\n“UK additional reductions” are any reductions which reduce the seafarer’s additional remuneration, determined in accordance with Chapter 3.",
