# Section 19 Minibus (Designated Bodies) (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 4: Amendments consequential on the abolition of ILEA


In the Schedule—
(a) for the entry in column (2) of item 5, there shall be substituted—
“the council of every London borough or the Common Council of the City of London.”; and
(b) items 6, 7 and 8 shall be omitted.
