# The Section 19 Minibus (Designated Bodies) (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 6: Change of name


In the Schedule—
(a) the following shall be substituted for the entry in column (2)(a) of item 42—
“Barnardo's”;
(b) the following shall be substituted for the entry in column (2)(a) of item 44B—
“Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy”;
(c) the following shall be substituted for the entry in column (2)(a) of item 48—
“The Guide Association”;
(d) the following shall be substituted for the entry in column (2)(a) of item 50—
“the Methodist Council”; and
(e) the following shall be substituted for the entry in column (2)(a) of item 59—
“Phab Limited”.
