  "text": "Every designated body shall send to the traffic commissioner for the traffic area in which the principal administration of the body to which the permit is granted is carried on:\n(a) a copy of every such permit, and\n(b) particulars of every variation or revocation of any such permit\nwithin one month of the grant, variation or revocation as the case may be.",
