# The Section 19 Minibus (Designated Bodies) Order 1987, Article 4: Returns


Every designated body shall send to the traffic commissioner for the traffic area in which the principal administration of the body to which the permit is granted is carried on:
(a) a copy of every such permit, and
(b) particulars of every variation or revocation of any such permit
within one month of the grant, variation or revocation as the case may be.
