# The Section 19 Permit Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Section 19 Permit Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 6th April 2009.
(2) These Regulations extend to England, Scotland and Wales.
