Regulation 12 Return of permits and discs

Where a permit ceases to have effect for one of the reasons described in section 20(7) of the 1985 Act, the holder must return the permit and corresponding disc to either—

(a)

the traffic commissioner who or, as the case may be, designated body which revoked the permit; or

(b)

where the permit was granted by a designated body which has ceased to be so designated, the traffic commissioner for the traffic area in which any vehicle was last used under the permit.
