  "text": "Education\nMade 24th October 2017\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 26th October 2017\nComing into force 10th January 2018\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(5) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with paragraph 70(7) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have consulted with such persons as they considered appropriate.",
