Regulation 10 Amendment of regulation 15 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 15(1) of the principal Regulations, after sub-paragraph (b) there shall be inserted—

“and

(c)

the director of social work is satisfied, in relation to the placing of the child in the residential establishment providing the secure accommodation, of the matters specified in paragraphs (b) and (c) of regulation 18 of the 1987 Regulations,”.
