  "text": "Children And Young Persons\nMade 22nd January 2015\nComing into force 26th January 2015\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 152 and 195 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with sections 152(5) and 197(2) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
