Coming into force 1st April 1993
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1985f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
