  "text": "There are hereby designated for the purposes of paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to the Housing Act 1980—\n(a) any full-time course to which section 1 of the Education Act 1962 from time to time applies;\n(b) any full-time post-graduate course, that is to say, a course to which only students who hold a first degree of a university or an equivalent qualification are admitted; and\n(c) any other full-time course provided by an establishment of further education which is maintained or assisted by a local education authority or in respect of the maintenance of which grants are for the time being paid in pursuance of Regulations made under section 100(1)(b) of the Education Act 1944.",
