# The Secure Tenancies (Notices) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1997, Introduction: Introductory text


This statutory instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1997/71 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that statutory instrument.

Coming into force 12th February 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 83(2) and (7) of the Housing Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations—
