  "text": "(1) The notice in Part I of the Schedule to the Secure Tenancies (Notices) Regulations 1987 (notice of seeking possession), as substituted by regulation 2 of the Secure Tenancies (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, is amended as follows.\n(2) In the last sentence of the words substituted as mentioned in paragraph (1), for “the date inserted above” substitute “the date this Notice is given”.",
