# The Secure Tenancies (Notices) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Name, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations are called the Secure Tenancies (Notices) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2005 and come into force on 30 April 2005.
(2) These Regulations apply to Wales only.
