Laid before Parliament 26th November 2003
Coming into force 29th December 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 47 of the Prison Act 1952 and section 7 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, hereby makes the following Rules:
