  "text": "(1) Every trainee shall be provided with his own room.\n(2) No room shall be used as sleeping accommodation for a trainee unless it has been approved by the Secretary of State as fit for the purpose.\n(3) Male and female trainees shall be accommodated in separate sleeping accommodation and shall be provided with separate toilet and bathing facilities.",
