  "text": "(1) Every trainee shall be provided with toilet articles necessary for his health and cleanliness, which shall be replaced as necessary.\n(2) Every trainee shall be entitled to have a hot bath or shower once a day.\n(3) A trainee’s hair shall not be cut without his consent except where the medical officer directs that it is necessary for health or cleanliness.",
