Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Securitisation (Amendment) Regulations 2024.
(2)
The following provisions come into force on the day after that on which these Regulations are made—
(a)
regulation 2(2);
(b)
paragraph 10(3) of Schedule 2, and regulation 3 so far as relating to that provision.
(3)
The remaining provisions of these Regulations come into force on 1st November 2024.
(4)
These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
