Paragraph 3 Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 3 (interpretation)^f2, in paragraph (1)—

(a)

omit the definition of “EU Securitisation Regulation 2017”;

(b)

in the definition of “securitisation repository”, for the words from “FCA” to “2017” substitute “the FCA under regulation 17 of the Securitisation Regulations 2024”.

In article 35AB (securitisation repositories)^f3, for “EU Securitisation Regulation 2017” substitute “Securitisation Regulations 2024”.
