# The Securitisation Regulations 2024, Regulation 17: Register of securitisation repositories

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The FCA must maintain a register of securitisation repositories in accordance with this Part.
(2) The FCA must—
(a) publish the register on its official website and make it available for public inspection, and
(b) update the register on a regular basis.
