  "text": "In this Part—\n“third party”, in relation to a securitisation, means a person other than the originator, sponsor or securitisation special purpose entity;\n“third party verification service” means a service provided by a third party of assessing the compliance of a securitisation with the STS criteria;\n“third party verifier” means a person registered to provide a third party verification service.",
