# The Security Service Act 1989 (Channel Islands) Order 1990, Article 2


(1) Sections 3(1) and 7(1) of the Security Service Act 1989 shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey and the Bailiwick of Guernsey with the modifications specified respectively in paragraphs (2) and (3) below.
(2) In section 3(1), after the word “issued” there shall be inserted the words “, after consultation with Her Majesty’s Attorney General for Jersey,”.
(3) In section 3(1), after the word “issued” there shall be inserted the words “, after consultation with Her Majesty’s Attorney General for Guernsey,”.
