## Introductory text

SECURITY SERVICE
Made 10th November 1989
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 7(2) of the Security Service Act 1989, I hereby make the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Security Service Act 1989 (Commencement) Order 1989.

## 2 

The Security Service Act 1989 shall come into force on 18th December 1989.
