  "text": "Provided also That the said Commissioners appointed for the general Execution of this Act shall not have any Power or Authority by virtue of this Act to make or execute any Order Judgment or Decree any Waies touching or concerning the Decoy-Pond with its Appurtenances within the said Mannor but that the same shall be wholly exempted and excluded from their Power and Authority Any thing in this Act to the contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding",
