# The Seed Marketing Regulations 2011, Regulation 32A: Certification in a Crown Dependency or a country granted equivalence

Extent: E+W+S+NI

Any seed certified and labelled in a Crown Dependency or a country granted equivalence under legislation recognised by the Secretary of State to have equivalent effect to these Regulations may be marketed in England.
