  "text": "Seed is divided into the following categories, commonly known by the abbreviations given—\n(a) breeder’s seed (“BR”);\n(b) pre-basic seed (“PB”);\n(c) basic seed (“BS”);\n(d) certified seed (“CS”);\n(e) certified seed, first generation (“C1”);\n(f) certified seed, second generation (“C2”);\n(g) certified seed, third generation (“C3”);\n(h) commercial seed (“CM”);\n(i) standard seed (vegetables only) (“ST”);\n(j) seed of a higher voluntary standard (“HVS”).",
