  "text": "(1) Vegetable seed must be—\n(a) pre-basic seed;\n(b) basic seed;\n(c) certified seed; or\n(d) standard seed.\n(2) The seed may be a mixture of different varieties of the same vegetable species provided that each variety in the mixture is standard seed.",
