# The Seed Marketing Regulations 2011, Paragraph 6: Tetrazolium testing for cereal seed

Extent: E+W+S+NI

Cereal seed may be marketed if it has been subjected to a tetrazolium test approved by the Secretary of State to establish the viability of the seed instead of the tests specified in these Regulations on the marketing of cereal seed.
